Audi has the sweetest SUVs according to a recent report from J.D. Power and Associates. The Associates Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) study showed Audi’s only two SUVs, the Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 with top ratings.
Wilton 2010 Audi customers will have no trouble believing the results. The study looks at how much owners appreciate driving their new vehicle and gauges more than 80 specific areas. The information is gathers from more than 76,000 buyers and leasers of new 2010 models about their first 90 days of owning the vehicle.
Johan de Nysschen, President of Audi of America, said, These latest J.D. Power and Associates study results demonstrate with our customers have been telling us for years. Audi vehicles are thrilling to drive and captivate the customer whenever they enter one. Our company’s exceptional growth in recent years is a testament to the quality experience our products provide.
And that quality is evident to Wilton Audi A4 owners, as well as buyers of Audi’s Q5 and Q7. The Q5 is a sporty sedan with lots of useful and fun features, an impressive interior and is perfect for the family. Quattro all-wheel drive and a package for on- or off-road use brings in the thrill. Amenities like S tronic seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and the driving dynamics system show Audi’s innovation.
Then there is the Audi Q7, a luxury SUV that can go just about anywhere and serve almost any function you can find for it. With a choice of gas engine or Audi TDI clean diesel engine, Wilton 2010 Audi buyers may have trouble choosing. There is a third row of seating for all models and it can hold up to seven passengers.
Overall, Audi was sixth in the J.D. Power and Associates study, something Audi officials and dealers are proud of and something that should give buyers a lot of confidence. That rating was given, the firm said, because Audi has a high level of appeal. Vehicles ranking high in this study tend to have higher profit margins, fast sale and not much need for cash incentives to get them sold.
Wilton Audi A4 dealers are proud of Audi’s reputation and heritage. With 272 dealers in the United States, Audi holds its own in the luxury car market. In fact, in the U.S. it had the largest gain of market share of any luxury car brand in 2009. Audi continues to develop new products and technology, which might explain all the honors and awards its models have received in the past year.
Audi has some interesting things in the works and is competing in the areas of clean fuel technology and driver assistance technology. Can’t wait to see what Audi brings out in the next couple of years.
